Psychotherapy for

Sleep, Stress, and Shifting Seasons of Life

You might be lying awake at night, unsure how to calm your mind—or how to make it through the next day.

You might be questioning your relationship with alcohol, your direction in life, or your ability to keep carrying it all.

You may not know exactly what you need yet—but you know something has to change.

I’m Jess White, a Registered Psychotherapist with decades of experience in education, sleep consulting, and mental health. I offer thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to help you reconnect with yourself and find steadier ground.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

For adults and teens (13+) navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, parenting stress, and life transitions.

CBT-I-based therapy for chronic insomnia, and psychotherapy support for postpartum exhaustion and family sleep challenges.

Explore your relationship with alcohol—without shame, pressure, or assumptions. Rooted in harm reduction and deep respect for your autonomy.

Educational seminars and workshops on sleep, nervous system health, and resilience—tailored for parents, professionals, and organizations.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (MA, CRPO) with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), trauma-informed care, and maternal and menopause mental health.

I’ve raised kids.

I’ve navigated major career changes.

And, I’ve done, and continue to do, my own therapy—deeply and extensively.

That lived experience shapes the way I work. I understand how it feels to lose your footing, to question what used to make sense, and to start over—because I’ve been there too.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, not judged. Supported, and challenged in the ways they need. That’s the kind of relationship I aim to build: one rooted in trust, care, and meaningful change.
